Gold Mountain Arts

Asian Martial Arts & Health Traditions

In our family-style school we practice the traditional Chinese gongfu (martial arts) of Xingyi, Bagua, Taiji ("tai chi") and Water Boxing. We also train in the martial arts of Kajukenbo and Escrima stick fighting, and the health-promoting practices of Qigong.

These arts include practical self-defense, comprehensive exercise for fitness, training of the mind and willpower, promotion of health and healing, and internal cultivation. They have been handed down over many generations and continue to reveal their depths through long years of training.

Our school is a member school of the North American Tang Shou Tao Association (NATSTA). For more information about the arts we train, please visit www.natsta.org.
