Self-Acupressure to Support Your Lung, Large Intestine, Spleen & Stomach Networks (for Breathing, Digestion & Immunity)

Self Acupressure with Leilani Navar for supporting the lung large intestine spleen and stomach networks breathing digestion immune system healgrowthriveflow.com

Here it is!

This is the video I promised you in my last post. It's a quick tutorial on how to use 10 self-acupressure points to support your Lung, Large Intestine, Spleen and Stomach networks, during this time of heightened attention to optimal immune function and resilience.

These networks govern

  • breathing,
  • digestion and assimilation of nutrition,
  • and both resistance to external pathogens AND the ability to clear them out if they make it inside the body.

You can use this self-acupressure routine every day for yourself, your kids, or anyone else you're caring for.

The points we'll use in this series are: Stomach 36 Zu San Li, Spleen 6 San Yin Jiao, Large Intestine 11 Qu Chi, Lung 7 Lie Que, and Large Intestine 4 He Gu.

Into this stuff? I'd love to help you learn more about using self-massage with acupressure. Be sure to get access to my free video, How to Do Acupressure on Yourself, to understand how, when, and when not to do self-acupressure.

I hope you enjoyed that! Follow along with the video as many times as you need to until you're familiar with the routine.

And if you'd like a little more help finding Lung 7, check out this post.
