Here it is!
This is the video I promised you in my last post. It's a quick tutorial on how to use 10 self-acupressure points to support your Lung, Large Intestine, Spleen and Stomach networks, during this time of heightened attention to optimal immune function and resilience.
These networks govern
- digestion and assimilation of nutrition,
- and both resistance to external pathogens AND the ability to clear them out if they make it inside the body.
You can use this self-acupressure routine every day for yourself, your kids, or anyone else you're caring for.
The points we'll use in this series are: Stomach 36 Zu San Li, Spleen 6 San Yin Jiao, Large Intestine 11 Qu Chi, Lung 7 Lie Que, and Large Intestine 4 He Gu.
Into this stuff? I'd love to help you learn more about using self-massage with acupressure. Be sure to get access to my free video, How to Do Acupressure on Yourself, to understand how, when, and when not to do self-acupressure.
I hope you enjoyed that! Follow along with the video as many times as you need to until you're familiar with the routine.
And if you'd like a little more help finding Lung 7, check out this post.
If you haven't yet, be sure to watch my free video, How to Do Acupressure on Yourself, to understand how, when, and when not to do self-acupressure.
